Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may change the Website Terms & Conditions from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Starvis Australia website. By continuing to use the Starvis Australia website you will be deemed to accept the updated Website Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.


Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted in the Starvis Australia website are in Australia Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

We accept PayPal for all orders and payment transactions. PayPal allows you to pay by Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal account balances. Paypal is the fastest and efficient way to pay securely through our website.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up and learn more about PayPal. You can still pay by Credit Cards or Debit Cards through the secure PayPal site without a PayPal account.

Purchased items will be shipped to your shipping address only. We will process your order as soon as the payment is cleared. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the payment to clear.

In exceptional circumstances, we may accept direct bank transfer as a payment method. If this happens to be your order, follow the below instructions:

2. Forward your payment receipt number to our email address: sales@starvis.com.au

3. Your order status would remain pending until payment is clear (allow up to 3 business days).


Confirmation of Order

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer to advise further action. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose alternative product, or we can also back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in stock will be first dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item is shipped once it is available, at our expense.


Delivery Service

We uses Australia Post service to deliver your parcel quickly and reliably. The shipping cost will be shown and calculated at the checkout.

Our regular postage fee is AUD $8.95 whilst express postage fee is AUD $12.95. We offer free regular shipping within Australia for order above AUD $150. This does not apply to orders with bulky items which require further confirmation on the postage fee.

Order within metropolitan area should be received between 3 to 5 days whilst regional areas can take up to 10 days depending on the location within Australia. Deliveries outside of Australia will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. Please contact us to more information to work out the postage fee.

Goods will only be dispatched and delivered during business hours between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will not be held responsible for late deliveries, damaged and loss goods, nor will we be held responsible for Australia Post failing to deliver the customer orders. We encourage our customers to use the Express Post (registered) option, which allows deliveries to be tracked to minimise potential loss.

We would assist as best as we can to track your order if you proceed with the regular shipping option. If you provide us with the wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result. Please ensure you always double check the shipping address at the checkout. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.


Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

We will not entertain any cancellation once an order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

We take a cautious step to ensure that your ordered item is not faulty or damaged prior to being dispatched. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange, excluding shipping cost. The damaged item must be returned in the original condition and packaged with all labels intact. Your original invoice must also be presented.

It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as we will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail. Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee. We will exchange the product where possible, and if no replacement is available, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping cost.

All returns or exchanges will be given a Return Authorisation Number for your claim to be processed. Unfortunately, we will not accept return or exchange due to incorrect choice or change of mind.


Discount Voucher Code

To redeem a discount code or e-Voucher, simply enter the code in the Discount Code section on the Payment Information page at the checkout. If you encounter any issue with the redemption process, please contact us for assistance.
